This section is not optional. In Spain, selling or organising travel commercially requires registration in the regional Registro de Agencias de Viajes of the Comunitat Valenciana, and a 15-day trip combining transport, accommodation and activities is a viaje combinado (package) under the consolidated Spanish consumer act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, Libro IV), which implements Directive (EU) 2015/2302. That brings mandatory insolvency protection for traveller funds. Confirm your position with a Spanish travel-law specialist before selling a single seat.

Consumer dispute resolution
